CANCELLATION POLICY

Any registration cancellation submitted after April 10, 2009 is considered final. The organising committee will review requests for reimbursement. All reimbursements will be made after the congress.

IMPORTANT NOTES

	The day of payment is decisive for the registration fee. ( Not the day of registration. )
	Please note that registration application can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form ( faxed, e-mailled or online submitted ) and receipt of full payment. A letter of confirmation will be sent by fax or by e-mail as soon as the payment is received.
	In order to verify your status as residents, fellows, radiologist in training confirmation is required ( to be faxed or e-mailed ) from Department Chairman and to verify your status as member a written proof of the membership is required ( to be faxed or e-mailed ) while registering.
